Pressure testing equipment is used to perform hydrostatic pressure tests according to relevant regulations based on customer-requested legislation (ČSN, DIN, API, ASTM, etc.).
We supply pressurization stations in both stationary and mobile versions, enabling automatic, semi-automatic, and manual pressure testing at working pressures up to PN1000.
The output values from pressure tests can be displayed on a screen, saved to a recording device, or transmitted to a higher-level control system, with the sensor and the entire measuring chain calibrated for accurate measurement.
We design and supply new pressure test stations as turnkey solutions, including technical design, a controlled pressure test sequence with controlled pressure increase, holding, and decrease, and operator comfort solutions according to customer requirements.
The realization includes construction, mechanical, and electrical parts, measurement and control, control and visualization software, complete project documentation for construction as well as as-built documentation, including certificates and quality confirmations for individual components and the whole.
Services also include modernization and reconstruction of existing compressor stations, which involves variant technical modification designs, increasing operator and control comfort, updating control and visualization software, periodic calibration of the measuring chain, and implementation of partial changes, overhauls, or entire investment projects.
