The SPP twin-piston sludge pump converts the pressure energy of a clean liquid into the pressure energy of a hydro-mixture, enabling reliable transport of abrasive mixtures. The technology is designed for continuous, pulsation-free operation and can handle pumping of mixtures with particles up to 50 mm at high pressures.
The pump operates on the principle of transferring pressure energy from a clean fluid to the hydro-mixture. Thanks to proprietary special fittings, smooth discharge without flow pulsations and stable hydraulic operation are ensured.
The device is designed for pumping various types of hydro-mixtures, such as mixtures of sand, fly ash, ores, or sludge. The design allows for the transport of abrasive materials with particle sizes up to 50 mm.
SPP pumps are designed for flow rates up to 500 m³/h and a maximum discharge pressure of 30 MPa. The hydraulic characteristics can be adapted to the specific parameters of the conveyed mixture.
Hydrostatic or hydrodynamic high-pressure pumps designed for pumping clean fluid can be used as an energy source. Operation is controlled using an integrated PLC system with the option of connecting to a higher-level process control system.
The construction is optimized for pumping highly abrasive mixtures with lower operational wear than conventional slurry pumps. The system also allows for easy disassembly, cleaning, and the delivery of complete hydraulic transport technology on a turnkey basis.
